You have choices in how you pay your premium.

Pay online, by phone, or mail. 

Online

Did you apply on Healthcare.gov?


If you are not a Minnesota resident and signed up through Healthcare.gov, you can start your coverage by paying below.
 

Did you apply on MNsure.org?

 
If you live in Minnesota and signed up through MNsure.org, you can start your coverage by making your first premium payment there.

Pay by phone

You can make a one-time payment or set up automatic payments. If you’re paying directly from a checking or savings account, you’ll need your account number and bank routing number. Please note you can only use saving accounts for automatic payments — and not for one-time payments. You can also pay with a Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card, or with a prepaid debit card.

Please give us three business days to process your first payment.

Return the bottom portion of your invoice with your premium payment in the enclosed envelope to Medica Health Plan at the address listed on your invoice.
