• Medicare Part D coverage is included. Check to see if your drugs are on our formulary.
  Please note that this formulary could change during the plan year. If we remove drugs from our formulary, add prior authorization, quantity limits and/or step therapy restrictions on a drug, we must notify affected members of the change at least 60 days before the change becomes effective, or at the time the member requests a refill of the drug, at which time the member will receive a 60-day supply of the drug.

Medica Complete Solution^® is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan (SNP) product offered by Medica Health Plans. Medica is a health plan with a Medicare contract. The contract with Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is renewed annually, so availability of coverage beyond the current contract year is not guaranteed.
