Medica offers the following dental plan options. Choose the plan you're enrolled in to look up dentists in your network. If you don't know your plan’s name, please check your benefit materials.

• Medica DentalComplete^SM
  Medica DentalComplete members may see any licensed dentist with no referral. However, choosing a network dentist will save out-of-pocket costs and eliminate claims paperwork. With more than 40,000 dentists participating in the nationwide network and 1,500 in the local network, seeing a network provider is easy.
  
  
• Medica DentalChoice®
  Medica DentalChoice members may see any licensed dentist without a referral, but they save money and eliminate paperwork when they choose a network dentist. DentalChoice offers a network of 1,500 providers throughout Minnesota, Western Wisconsin and eastern North Dakota.
  
  
• DentalExplorer®
  DentalExplorer members are free to see any licensed dentist, which means there is no separate network for this non-metro plan. See your benefit information for more details.
