Medica Choice

• You choose your own doctor. Our physicians work in clinics and hospitals throughout Minnesota, western Wisconsin and eastern North Dakota.
• You choose your own specialist within the Medica Choice network.
• No claim forms to file, no bills to organize when you use a provider within the Medica Choice network.
• Preventive check-ups such as routine physical exams, immunization, and mammograms are covered when care is given by a provider within the Medica Choice network.
• Prescription drug costs are covered. When you fill or refill a prescription at a pharmacy within the Medica Choice network, you pay only a copayment.
• Emergency medical costs are covered with a copayment -- no matter where you travel.
