Medica Complete Solution plans are available to residents of Minnesota who have been diagnosed with a chronic disease. In 2010, three separate plans will be offered to support members with the following chronic conditions:
- Dementia
- Chronic Lung Disorder
- Diabetes, Cardiovasular Disease or Heart Failure

Medica Complete Solution® is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan (SNP) product offered by Medica Health Plans, a health maintenance organization with a Medicare contract. The contract with CMS is renewed annually, so availability of coverage beyond the current contract year is not guaranteed.
