Medica Prime SolutionSM, members can choose to add the Plus Rider package of optional supplemental benefits to either the Basic plan or the Enhanced plan for an additional monthly premium. The Plus Rider I, available only in Minnesota, provides some coverage for routine dental care, eyewear and hearing aids.
Medica Prime Solution members who live outside of Minnesota may choose to add the Plus Rider II package of supplemental benefits, which includes coverage for routine eyewear and hearing aids.
