Access to Primary Care: You may see any primary care provider affiliated with the primary care clinics in this care system.
Access to Specialty Care: If specialty care is recommended, you may seek care from a specialist within this care system without having a referral from your primary care physician.

Care System Description
Park Nicollet Health Services/Methodist includes over 800 Park Nicollet physicians and clinical professionals and more than 100 providers affiliated with Methodist Hospital. Our Care System features:

• Excellent Clinical Care: We provide high quality care in over 45 specialties which include nationally recognized programs in cardiology, cancer, allergy, diabetes and Parkinson’s. We are a two-time winner of the American Medical Group Association’s prestigious Acclaim Award.
• Doctors Who Listen and Care: Our providers take the time to answer your questions and explain your treatment.
• Specialty Care: We encourage you to establish a strong relationship with a primary care physician, but you can see any of our Care System’s 250 physician specialists without a referral.
• Many Locations: We have over 75 clinics to serve your needs. Most patients needing hospitalization will be admitted at Methodist, Fairview Ridges (for pediatric and obstetric/gynecological care only) or St. Francis Regional Medical Center.
• After-hours Care: Call your clinic to reach an on-call physician. Physicians from every specialty are on-call 24 hours a day. In a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the closest emergency room, or dial 911.
