Participants will have access to the Medica Choice network in Minnesota, South and North Dakota and portions of Western Wisconsin. Nationwide coverage will be available through UnitedHealth Group^sm. This lookup feature is to identify the network associated with a zip code. Once you have identified your network you can search for a provider at www.myMedica.com .
