Access to Primary Care: You may see any primary care provider affiliated with the primary care clinics in this care system.
Access to Specialty Care: A referral is required. If specialty care is recommended, your primary care physician will refer you to a specialist and will help coordinate your care.
Stillwater Medical Group is a multi-specialty group practice with over 50 physicians practicing in three clinic locations in the St. Croix Valley area. Two offices are located in Stillwater and one office is located in Somerset, Wisconsin.

For your convenience, Stillwater Medical Group offers walk-in Urgent Care services at the Greeley Clinic location in the evenings and on weekends for minor illness and injury treatment.
