Medica's Medicare Cost Plan Options You may choose from among four Medicare Cost plan options: Medica Prime Solution Enhanced: Our most comprehensive plan with first-dollar coverage for most eligible services. Medica Prime Solution Value: A low monthly premium with modest copayments.  Medica Prime Solution Basic: A slightly higher monthly premium with low copayments.  Medica Prime Solution Thrift: Lowest monthly premium with the highest member copayments and coinsurances.

Medica Prime Solution^® is a Medicare Cost health plan product offered by Medica Insurance Company. Medica is a health plan with a Medicare Contract. The contract with Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services is renewed annually, so availability of coverage beyond the current contract year is not guaranteed.
