Medica Foundation
Funding Priorities
The Medica Foundation sets funding priorities at the beginning of each calendar year. Funding is directed towards programs that demonstrate the potential for measurable improvement in the availability, access and quality of health care in the communities that we serve and that support the Foundation's mission and giving guidelines. Funding opportunities are offered in two giving cycles in the spring.
The Medica Foundation has two opportunities to apply for funding in 2010. Letters of Inquiry will be accepted during the identified timelines.
The 2010 funding priorities are:
Cycle 1:
- Behavioral Health
- Health Care Disparities
Cycle 2:
- Early Childhood Health
- Organizational Core Mission Support
For a short description of each funding priority, the goals and funding amount ranges, view the 2010 Funding Priorities.
Cycle 1 - Letters of Inquiry will be accepted from March 1 - April 2, 2010
Cycle 2 - Letters of Inquiry will be accepted from May 3 - May 28, 2010
The Medica Foundation has an electronic application process. Letters of Inquiry are only accepted during the identified timelines. Applicants will be notified if a full proposal is requested. The overall process can take between four and six months. APPLY NOW.
