Cycle 1: Letters of Inquiry accepted March 2 - March 27, 2009
Complete the Behavioral Health Letter of Inquiry.
Complete the Healthy Living Letter of Inquiry.
Cycle 2: Letters of Inquiry accepted May 1 - May 22, 2009
Complete the Prevention & Health Care Literacy Letter of Inquiry.
Complete the Reducing Racial, Ethnic and Socioeconomic Disparities in Health Care Letter of Inquiry.
Complete the Addressing the Health Care Needs of Greater Minnesota Communities Letter of Inquiry.
