You can choose from among three Medicare Cost plan options:
- Medica Prime Solution Value: Lowest monthly premium with the highest member copayments and coinsurances
- Medica Prime Solution Basic: A lower monthly premium, with co-payments for some services
- Medica Prime Solution Enhanced: A slightly higher monthly premium with first-dollar coverage for most eligible services

Medica Prime Solution® is a Medicare Cost health plan product offered by Medica Insurance Company, an insurance company with a Medicare contract. The contract with CMS is renewed annually, so availability of coverage beyond the current contract year is not guaranteed.
