Medica Prime Solution is our most popular Medicare plan. It's available to residents of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. You can choose from among these plan options:
- Value: Lowest monthly premium with the highest member copayments and coinsurances
- Basic: A lower monthly premium, with co-payments for some services
- Enhanced: A slightly higher monthly premium with first-dollar coverage for most eligible services
- Retiree Groups: Employer or union provided coverage for retirees.

Medica Prime Solution® is a Medicare Cost health plan product offered by Medica Insurance Company, an insurance company with a Medicare contract. The contract with CMS is renewed annually, so availability of coverage beyond the current contract year is not guaranteed.
