Advantage Solution Plan Highlights

* These services are neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these services may be subject to the Medica grievance process.

Medicare Advantage Private Fee-for-Service plan works differently than a Medicare supplement plan. Your doctor or hospital can continue to treat you if it agrees to accept our terms and conditions of payment, and thus may choose not to treat you, with the exception of emergencies. If your doctor or hospital does not agree to accept our payment terms and conditions, they may choose not to provide health care services to you, except in emergencies. Providers can find the plan’s terms and conditions on our website.

If you would like to learn more information on how Private-Fee-for-Service plans work, please review the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Private-Fee-for-Service Plan Leaflet.

View Private-Fee-for-Service Plan leaflet.

Medicare beneficiaries may enroll in Advantage Solution Standard plans through the CMS Online Enrollment Center.

Visit CMS Online Enrollment Center.

Medica Advantage SolutionSM is a Medicare Advantage product offered by Medica Health Plans. Medica is a health plan with a Medicare contract. The contract with CMS is renewed annually, so availability of coverage beyond the current contract year is not guaranteed.
