Medica DUAL Solution / MSHO is a voluntary program that is for Minnesota seniors (over 65 years):
- Who are eligible for both Part A and B with Medicare and Medicaid or Medicaid only
- Who are eligible for Medical Assistance benefits
- Who live in the following Minnesota counties: Aitkin, Anoka, Becker, Benton, Carlton, Carver, Cass, Chisago, Clay, Crow Wing, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Koochiching, Lake, Mahnomen, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Norman, Otter Tail, Pine, Polk, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Sherburne, St. Louis, Stearns, Todd, Wadena, Washington, Wilkin and Wright Counties.
Medica DUAL Solution offers great member service and flexibility. You choose the doctor and care system that are easy for you to visit and we assign the care coordinator who will best meet your needs. Our care coordinators are nurses or social workers, so they know who to call and what to do to arrange other services you may need. | Language Block
