With Medica Elect, you choose a primary care clinic to coordinate your care. The clinic you select determines your designated care system (shown in the "Care System" column when you use the search tool below). Please note: If a provider is not in your care system, you will need a referral from your primary care clinic to receive care from that provider. Learn how to find and enroll in a primary care clinic.
Use the search tool below to look up a primary care clinic or doctor that meets your needs. If you do not know your care system, choose "Show All Care Systems." In the search results, you'll find a column listing the provider's care system affiliation and primary care clinic (PCC) ID. Use this number to enroll in the clinic. Please note: If no PCC ID number is displayed for a clinic, you may not select it as your primary care clinic. Learn more about care systems.
