With Medica Focus, you select a Home Clinic to assist you with your health care needs. A Home Clinic can provide you with a variety of services including preventive care, as well as assist in directing you to specialty care when you need it. ** Please confirm with the provider's office that they are in your plan's network before your first and each subsequent appointment.
