How the Travel Program Works The Travel Program works just like obtaining care in Medica's service area. Members visit a participating provider and present their member identification card at the point of service. Standard copayments or coinsurance will apply. There is no additional paperwork. ** Please confirm with the provider's office that they are in your plan's network before your first and each subsequent appointment. If you have questions regarding whether your provider or clinic participates in your health plan, your benefits and/or coverage, please call the Customer Service number on your member ID card. | |
