DUAL Solution Program Overview

Medica DUAL Solution / MSHO is a voluntary health care management program that is for Minnesota seniors (over 65 years) who are eligible for:

• Both Part A and B with Medicare
• Medical Assistance benefits

Medica DUAL Solution offers great member service and flexibility. You choose the doctor and care system that are easy for you to visit and we assign the care coordinator who will best meet your needs. Our care coordinators are nurses or social workers, so they know who to call and what to do to arrange other services you may need. DUAL Solution offers:

• Care coordination to make sure you receive the services you need.
• Virtually no paperwork
• View DUAL Solution Formulary to see if your drugs are covered
• SilverSneakers^® Fitness Program health club membership is included at no additional cost *
• Medica CallLink^® nurse phone line provides 24 / 7 health information to members*
