Accountable care organization network
The accountable care organization (ACO) plan offers unique networks of providers in your area. In an ACO, Medica and the provider network work together to deliver a new level of service: seamless health care, coverage, information and support.
Base plan for Twin Cities area and Duluth
Care system network
This is the low-cost base plan option. Providers in the Medica Elect® / Medica EssentialSM network are grouped into care systems. At the time of enrollment you will select a network primary care clinic from which you will receive regular care.
Base plan for Greater Minnesota, including Morris, Crookston and Rochester
Regional network
This is the low-cost base plan option for regional employees. This network offers open access to many physicians and hospitals. No referrals are necessary.
National network
If you select this plan, you will have open access to more than 659,000 physicians and more than 5,100 hospitals. No referrals are necessary.
National network
This health savings account (HSA) plan allows you to save money in a bank account for current or future medical expenses while enjoying access to a large national network.
