Convenience Care
Get treatment for uncomplicated minor illnesses and receive preventive health care services at walk-in clinics located in supermarkets, retail stores, and pharmacies.
Eye Care Providers and Eyewear
You may see any network eye care provider for your exam. To make your plan-covered eyewear, we partner with Eye-Kraft®. Please check with your network eye care provider to see if they can order your eyewear from Eye-Kraft.

About Your Coverage
Resources
American Indians can continue to use tribal and Indian Health Services (IHS) clinics. We will not require prior approval or impose any conditions for you to get services at these clinics. For elders age 65 years and older this includes Elderly Waiver (EW) services accessed through the tribe. If a doctor or other provider in a tribal or IHS clinic refers you to a provider in our network, we will not require you to see your primary care provider prior to the referral.
You must confirm with the provider's office that they are in your plan's network before your first and each subsequent appointment.
