Self Care by AbleTo mobile app for on-demand help with stress, anxiety and depression that uses clinically validated techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). The app provides coping tools, daily mood tracking, guided journeys and weekly progress check-ins to stay engaged and manage symptoms.

The GEDWorks program helps you earn your high school-equivalency diploma at no-cost. Enroll online via a secure website. Once enrolled, you can access your secure account anytime from a computer or mobile device.

You have access to a registered nurse 24/7 by phone. Get guidance on appropriate treatment options and support for non-urgent illnesses. Nurses can also provide simple, self-care tips for non-urgent concerns.

Complex Care Management Support

Are you or your family members living with a serious or chronic health condition? You’re not alone. Case managers can partner with you and your providers to help manage health conditions and create a personalized care plan based on your health goals. Then your case manager will provide ongoing coordination and support as you’re working toward your health goals.

Quitting Tobacco

If you are ready to quit tobacco, we offer personal support from a specially-trained health coach at no cost to you.

Choose the support you need, including:

  • Coaching over the phone
  • Nicotine replacement therapy (patch, gum or lozenge)

American Indians can continue to use tribal and Indian Health Services (IHS) clinics. We will not require prior approval or impose any conditions for you to get services at these clinics. For elders age 65 years and older this includes Elderly Waiver (EW) services accessed through the tribe. If a doctor or other provider in a tribal or IHS clinic refers you to a provider in our network, we will not require you to see your primary care provider prior to the referral.
