Medicaid Quality Improvement

Medica is working with a collaborative group of Minnesota Managed Care Organizations (MCO) and the Department of Human Services (DHS) on a project to improve access to dental services for Special Needs Basic Care (SNBC) enrollees. The Medica SNBC plan is called AccessAbility Solution. The project started 2017 and will continue over the next three to five years. Below are links to the dental clinic and member surveys that were conducted as part of this project.
