Mental Wellness Support and Resources

For Individuals Impacted by the Unrest in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Areas

A Message from John Naylor, Medica President and CEO

As a health plan, it is our company’s commitment to earn your trust each and every day. Our efforts show up in a variety of ways, but it is the efforts we place within the communities where we live and work that are most special to me. Communities across Minnesota and our nation are in terrible pain. The death of George Floyd is a tragedy that was avoidable. In moments like these, things can seem hopeless. Please know, we are here for you.

I find strength and hope in the overwhelming support our community has been given from across the country. As a community health plan, and an organization dedicated to helping communities stay healthy, thrive and grow, we have resources available to help Medica members during this unsettling time.

I wish you safety, health and comfort as our communities grieve.

Take care,

John
