- Online care options. Members can connect with providers online through a computer or mobile device for medication refills, virtual care appointments, and urgent care visits.
- Online portal. Schedule appointments, view medical records, pay bills and more — online, anytime.
- Urgent care. Convenient urgent care locations available for minor injuries and illnesses. No appointment needed.
- Travel program network. Members can use this network when traveling outside of Nebraska and western Iowa. If members have children attending college outside of this area, they can use the network, too.
