Choose your dental plan
You can select either a Standard or Plus plan. Both are available through Delta Dental. Each of these plans cover preventive care like cleanings and X‐rays at 100% — no matter which provider you see.
Plan options differ by services covered, the cost of coverage, the amount you pay for deductibles and coinsurance, and the annual benefit maximum payable under the plan. Please note: Orthodontia coverage for dependent children ages 8-18 is only available in the Plus plan.
