Medica CallLink® gives employees access to a wide range of services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employees can call the toll-free number to speak with an experienced adviser or registered nurse.

A referral is a written recommendation from a member’s primary care provider to see or receive care from another specialist outside a member’s designated care system.

This only applies to members with Medica Elect or Medica Essential plans.
