Individual & Family Health Plans

Making Changes to Your 2017 Health Plan

We’ve reached our capacity for new members for 2017 and cannot enroll any more. As a current Medica member, you can still make changes to or keep your plan if:

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Medica individual plan off-exchange for 2016 coverage and wish to renew your coverage through MNsure.
  • You’re currently enrolled in a Medica individual plan through MNsure for 2016 coverage and are eligible to be automatically renewed into the same plan for 2017.
  • You already enrolled in a Medica individual plan through MNsure for 2017, even if you have not paid your first premium, but plan to pay it by the due date.

Note:  Minnesota plans are still available through MNsure in the following counties: Benton, Crow Wing, Mille Lacs, Morrison and Stearns.

What You Need to Do

If you'd like to keep the plan outlined in your renewal letter:
You just need to pay your new monthly premium by January 1.

If you'd like to select a new Medica plan:
How you'll request a new plan varies based on your situation.
