If you have prescriptions for a long-term condition, getting your drugs through the mail may be a convenient option for you.
Medica offers pharmacy mail order through Express Scripts Pharmacy. You'll get a 90-day supply of your medication through the mail, with no shipping or handling fees.
Before signing up for mail order, make sure you:
- Register on the Express Scripts website through your secure member website at MyMedica.com
- Talk with your doctor to make sure it's OK to order a 90-day supply of your medication.
How to sign up
There are four easy ways to request prescription fills by mail:
- Use the Express Scripts website (accessible through MyMedica.com)
- Use the Express Scripts mobile app
- Call Express Scripts Pharmacy, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-289-8690 (toll-free) (TTY: 711)
- Download and return the Express Scripts home delivery order form (PDF)
Have your Medica (ID) card ready. Allow up to 8 business days for your order to arrive.
Keep your information current
- If you move or need to change your delivery address (e.g., if you head south for the winter), let Express Scripts Pharmacy know by calling them at least 10 days before your next refill.
- If any of your other account information changes — payment details, insurance information, health conditions, etc. — be sure to call Express Scripts Pharmacy to let them know. Any information you provide Express Scripts Pharmacy is kept confidential and secure in accordance with national and state privacy laws.

Medica AccessAbility Solution Enhanced is a HMO DSNP that contracts with both Medicare and the Minnesota Medical Assistance (Medicaid) program to provide benefits of both programs to enrollees. Enrollment in Medica AccessAbility Solution Enhanced depends on contract renewal.
American Indians can continue to use tribal and Indian Health Services (IHS) clinics. We will not require prior approval or impose any conditions for you to get services at these clinics. For elders age 65 years and older this includes Elderly Waiver (EW) services accessed through the tribe. If a doctor or other provider in a tribal or IHS clinic refers you to a provider in our network, we will not require you to see your primary care provider prior to the referral.
