You get a monthly Utility Assistance allowance of $100 to help pay your utility bills

This benefit uses the same Healthy Savings card you received when you enrolled in Medica DUAL Solution.
How to use your utility allowance
- You'll get your Healthy Savings card in the mail when you are enrolled in Medica DUAL Solution.
- Your monthly Utility Assistance allowance is automatically loaded on your card each month. Unused funds don't carry over from month to month.
- Keep track of your monthly Utility Bill Pay allowance using the Healthy Savings website or mobile app.
- Three easy ways to pay your utility providers:
- Bring your utility bill with you to your local Walmart Customer Service Desk or Money Center to complete your payment.
- Log in to your Healthy Savings account and select the Bill Pay page. Enter the needed details to complete your payment.
- Pay your utility provider directly using your Healthy Savings card powered by Visa.
You're responsible for paying any remaining utility bill amounts owed to your utility provider in excess of monthly Utility Assistance allowance.
*Transaction processing fees apply and are automatically deducted from the monthly allowance.

Lost your Healthy Savings card?
If you already have a Healthy Savings account, you can log in to the Healthy Savings website or app to access your available programs and barcode. You can also print a temporary card on the Healthy Savings website.
If you don't have an account and need a replacement card sent to you, you may request a new card through Medica Member Services.
