Coverage for out-of-network services

For Medica Advantage Solution® (HMO-POS) members

Point-of-Service (POS) Benefit

You will pay your plans coinsurance when you visit an out-of-network provider for non-emergency care. You may use any provider that accepts Medicare.

Most Medicare-covered services are covered. Out-of-network/non-contracted providers are under no obligation to treat Medica Advantage Solution members, except in emergency situations, but most do.
