Health Equity

Our commitment

We’re committed to improving and achieving health equity — the highest level of health for all people.* Because we believe everyone deserves their best health regardless of factors like race, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, geography, or preferred language.

Our goal is to eliminate health disparities and inequities to create environments where individuals can thrive and pursue optimal health and well-being.

Expanding access to high-quality care and preventive services
Promoting culturally responsive care and language access
Ongoing community education, collaboration, and engagement

Health equity happens together

We offer tailored benefits and resources to remove SDOH barriers, including food and transportation support, care coordination, and expense allowances.

We’re creating a culture that reflects the diverse backgrounds of the populations we serve.

We’re working with care delivery partners to improve cultural competence and reduce health disparities.

We’re building relationships and community-based programs with partners who share our vision.
