Welcome to the hub and thanks for your interest in our 2024 ACO Engagement Summit. This one-day event will be held at the Marriott Minneapolis Southwest, 5801 Opus Parkway, Minnetonka, MN.
The ACO Summit will be an action packed, one-day session bringing together health system partners, providers, and clinical leaders. We will connect on best practices, discuss challenges and share innovative strategies that can improve quality, reduce cost, and strengthen the health of our communities.
