If you work with an agent or broker, we may pay them a commission for assisting you with your health insurance policy. The Federal Consolidated Appropriation Act requires us to inform you about any compensation that we pay to an agent or broker for assisting with individual health insurance coverage enrollment.
Payments are based on the state where a member signed up for their policy. Below you’ll find our standard commission and bonus program payments your agent or broker may have received for helping you with your policy. For all states, all amounts are paid per benefit contract, per month. For all states except Kansas and Missouri, all amounts are paid per member per month up to 5 members, per benefit contract.
