Individual + family payments

What are your options?

We offer several ways to make your premium payments. 

Online

Make a payment through your account


Already a current member or just received your member ID card? Sign in or create an account to:

  • Make a payment
  • Sign up for automatic payments
  • View your payment history

Make a one-time electronic payment*


Make your first payment or a one-time payment for your plan premium or other bill. You’ll need one of the following:

  • Medica member ID number
  • Social Security number (for your first payment)
  • You can't register for a member account until we process your first payment. That takes up to three business days.

*For Individual + Family payments only

Pay by phone

You can make a one-time payment or set up automatic payments. If you’re paying directly from a checking or savings account, you’ll need your account number and bank routing number. Please note you can only use saving accounts for automatic payments — and not for one-time payments. You can also pay with a Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card, or with a prepaid debit card.

Please give us three business days to process your first payment. Then you'll be able to create your member account.

Pay by mail

Download and print our payment options form. Follow the instructions on the form and mail it to the address listed on the form. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
