There’s no substitute for regular exercise. It gives you an energy boost, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, and improves your sleep (just to name a few extras!). But it’s not always easy to fit a workout into your busy life. We want to help you change that. Depending on your plan, you may be able to get access to extra fitness resources and save money while getting in shape. 

Since routine care is critical for moms and babies, we offer a range of pregnancy support services. Depending on your plan, you may have access to:

• Digital apps for fertility and pregnancy
• Prenatal classes
• Pregnancy and newborn tips sent right to your phone

Everyone has different needs and challenges. And we have programs to support your well-being. Depending on your plan, you may have access to:

• No-cost rides to appointments*
• Case management
• Health advocacy
