All Dual Solution members qualify for a smartwatch to help track your steps and heart rate. You can view and download your health data. You can give family or a caregiver access to your data, too.

Telemonitoring*
In addition to activity tracking, you may be able to receive a blood pressure cuff and weight scale. They wirelessly connect with your Reemo™ smartwatch to securely track your health data. Reemo will teach you how to set up and use these devices. They'll also set up preferred times to check blood pressure and weight. You can give family or a caregiver access to your information, too.
Reemo will directly call members who qualify for telemonitoring .
Personal Emergency Response System (PERS)
In addition to activity tracking, you may qualify for the Personal Emergency Response feature that can get you access to help in an emergency quickly, 24/7.
